There are 25 events participating in the Marche Historical Reenactments Association and 9 are held in the province of Macerata. Thanks to these events, our territory every year, from the beginning of May to the end of August, offers tourists and locals the opportunity to take an exciting journey into the past, which embraces a time span that goes from approximately the fifteenth century to the nineteenth century. The value of historical re-enactments lies in their ability to rediscover and enhance the traditions and culture of a community, transforming them into a qualifying vehicle for tourism promotion.
